Most Medires conferences run in a hybrid format, so you can take part in the way that suits you. Each conference page shows its format: in-person, online or hybrid.
Onsite participation
- Attend keynotes, scientific sessions, workshops and poster sessions at the venue
- Present your accepted abstract in person
- Network with delegates, speakers and exhibitors
Virtual participation
- Join live sessions online
- Present live or with a pre-recorded talk
- Take part in Q&A with speakers and fellow delegates
Registering
Choose the Virtual category when you register if you will join online. Onsite categories include access to the venue. You can see your ticket, payment status and schedule in your Attendee portal.
Technical requirements for virtual presenters
- A stable internet connection and a recent browser
- A webcam and microphone (a headset is recommended)
- Your slides ready to share in 16:9 format
Joining instructions are sent to registered delegates before the conference.
