Cancelling an unpaid registration
You can cancel a registration that has not been paid yet directly from My Tickets in your Attendee portal.
Requesting a refund
To cancel a paid registration, send a written request through the Contact page with your ticket reference. Refund eligibility and amounts depend on how far in advance of the conference the request is received, as set out in the registration terms for that conference.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank charges and payment-provider fees may be deducted.
If a conference is cancelled
If we cancel a conference, registered delegates can choose a full refund of the registration fee or a transfer to another Medires conference.
Transfers
Instead of cancelling, you may ask to transfer your registration to a colleague or to another Medires conference.
Visa refusals
If your visa application is refused, contact us with the refusal letter. We will review your request individually.
